Move On When Ready is a program offered to high school students that allows them to participate in college classes.

I signed up for three classes at Georgia Southwestern University, but eventually dropped one class. I am currently in psychology and US history, and I am not struggling in either class. I had to drop English 1101 because the class was very challenging and I was not prepared.

Ashleigh Thornton (11) tells about her experience by saying, “I wish I was introduced into Move On When Ready sooner because it suits me better than high school classes. I am not struggling at all.”

Another Move On When Ready student, Anirudh Gattu (11) explains his struggle in English 1102. He says, “It was a challenging class with assignments due every week. Although it was hard, I was able to take proper notes and ask many questions.”

Although Move on When Ready is a great opportunity for students, some people may struggle more than others.
